The Onda Vi40 is an Android tablet PC created and developed by the Chinese Company, Onda Tablet.  The device runs on Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, which ensures excellent features and options for access to advanced applications from the Android Store. The Dual Core Mali 400 GPU and 1GB DDR3 ram on board are sufficient to improve graphic processing speed.
