The Samsung service Centre at Mangalore is a total disappointment.
I had driven 100km’s to get my Mobile phone repaired. It is Samsung galaxy Pro Duo purchased about 5 months back.
There is no one to assist you. Someone waiting told me to press a button and take the token. I did that and waited for 20 minutes. My turn did not come.
The people on the counter are not even prepared talk. I returned home without my phone being repaired.
It is very bad situation there.
