I have 3-different SAMSUNG phones and I have downloaded the Samsung PC-suite. 2-of the phones work fine with the PC-suite but my Samsung Y-GT-S5360 will not connect. When I hook it up it shows my external SD-Card but it does not show the phone like my other 2-phones. The other 2-phones show both the internal and external…..the S5360 only shows the external and if I remove the SD-card, then it shows nothing at all.
Please help. I have photos and information I want to transfer. Also, it does not show the BLUETOOTH at all for my PC, Suite or to any other phones.
