Micromax A78 is a Dual Sim Android Smartphone created and developed by the India Company, Micromax Informatics Ltd. The device runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and has 3.5″ TFT capacitive touchscreen display with the screen resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. It has 3.2 Megapixels rear camera with 2048 x 1536px and VGA front camera. The smartphone is powered by 650 MHz processor, and 256 RAM Internal Storage memory expandable via MicroSD up to 32GB.
The Micromax A78 Smartphone also features 3.5mm jack, HTML Browser, FM radio, A-GPS support, Java MIDP emulator and media player. The smartphone has 1300mAh Li-Ion battery with talk time up to 4 hours 20 min and standby time up to 250 hours. The connectivity with this phone is possible through GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or USB. The A78 phone comes with preinstalled applications like Document viewer, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Checkout, Google Earth, Google Latitude, Google Maps, Google Talk, Picasa, Google Search, and YouTube.
