The device runs on Android v4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system and has 7” capacitive touchscreen display with Corning Gorilla Glass screen protection. It has 0.3 Megapixels front camera for video calling. The E-Tab Z7H is powered by 1.2 Ghz single core processor, 512 MB RAM and 4 GB Internal Storage memory expandable via MicroSD up to 32GB.
