    today i went around 5:15 in there. my bill was already stored in the computer. i asked the so called manager named SANDHES that my bill is stored in the computer. so he replyed in marathi saying that i dont knw can u say it in hindi. so i told him that i dont have my bill it is allready stored in the computer. he told that u have to bring the bill. so i went home to bring the bil it was aroung 6:30 i reached ther. he told me to sitt. i sat for half an hour and then i told him what were my problems. they were bbm problems music problems phone hang up problems battery heating and draning problems. he told that this all will be sloved by software updat which i did 15 days before only i told him that please send it to company so that they can repare better. i knew it was not software problem. still he was like i ll do what i want i am the branch manager.(who wore a torened shirt). i told him that it heats up soo much that i have to remove the battery and i cant keep it in my pocket so he was countering me saying that on your blackberry and show me how much it heats up. i told it is not necessary that it will heat up now only. so i restarted my bb. and within 5 mins it was heated up. i showed him so he told it is not heated. i showed to the 2 otherpeople sitting ther they told that it is heated. still he was showing the bitchyness of him. then he told me that its software problem only and iwont send it to the center. i will just upgrade your software. i told that 15 days before only i have done still he was…. and then he went inside to bring the jobsheet and took almost half an hour to bring it. u people use printer. and still. then he wrote my problem ad battery draning which was of least concern. still he wrote that in my jobsheet and nothing eles in problems then he told me to write the problems which were not send to the cervice center. is this kind of service you people give?? feedup from you such things. blackberry rocks but the service sucks
