The Motorola Droid HD (Droid Bionic ex) is revealed through some pictures. The unit has less than a 4.5 inch display with a resolution of 1280×720 probable, that a very high pixel density is achieved.
The device, according to the sources has a TI OMAP 4430 1GHz dual-core CPU, 1GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel camera on the back and a micro-USB and HDMI port. The camera would also be able to Full HD video to record.
The device specifications are very similar to the Samsung Galaxy II, which was a huge success. Differences are in thickness of the device in a few millimeters. The Motorola Droid HD will, however, 0.2 inches larger than the Galaxy S II.
The big question remains open as yet, is whether this smartphone will be provided immediately in the market with Android or Gingerbread Ice Cream Sandwich. The Motorola Droid HD Price and the release date in India is still unclear.
