SkyDrive is the cloud storage service offered by the giant Microsoft, has been around for a long time, even before the launch of Google Drive, Apple iCloud and Dropbox popular.
Until a year ago, SkyDrive lacked an official desktop client and also had restrictions on the size of the file to upload. Steps to increase upload Speed of SkyDrive
Step 1: Click on the SkyDrive icon in the notification area of the taskbar and click Settings to open the configuration dialog box of Microsoft SkyDrive.
Step 2: Then switch to the Performance tab and make sure to check “Improve upload speed by uploading files in batches”. That’s it!
And if you cannot see the “Improve upload speed by uploading files in batches”, make sure you’re running the latest version of SkyDrive desktop client. To check the product version, click SkyDrive icon in the system tray, click Settings, and then change the About tab to see the version number.
