Google has launched an iPhone application called Photovine, which aims to facilitate sharing photos on the mechanics of sorting by subject or “vines” with the purpose of giving a more social issue and encourage all that is to share and learn new friends, these topics could address such as cars, pets, landscapes or a day at the beach, in reality there is no limit to the subject and only depends on our imagination.
These “vines” are actually public photo albums in which users can contribute and share our pictures, we can choose the vines that we like or create our own and observe how they gain popularity, the content can be organized and viewed by date or popularity.
Can we invite other users to use Photovine? There are several options, through the ubiquitous Facebook, or Twitter and also from the address book of our iPhone, inviting options for text messages and email are also present, which is surprising is not yet offer any support for Google + also striking that so far no mention of an application for devices running Android Photovine.
With Photovine can view the photos one at a time or in a mosaic, the photos have the option of “like” and add some comments or thoughts, or report them if they seem inappropriate, there is also direct access to the sender user’s profile the photos and if it seems appropriate, we can begin to follow.
