The device has 3.0” TFT capacitive touchscreen display with 240 x 400 pixels screen resolution and 2 Megapixels rear camera to capture still images and videos. The Asha 309 is powered by 128 MB, ROM 64 MB RAM and 20 MB Internal Storage memory expandable via MicroSD up to 32GB.
