Chrome 29 available: Best results in the Omnibox and reset button
As expected, Google has published the 29th version of its web browser Chrome. The new thing in Chrome 29 is the introduction of a reset button and improvement suggestions results in the Omnibox.
Chrome 29 (available for download for Windows PC, Mac, or Linux) also includes more information in the Omnibox to the search suggestions, while Chrome 29 for Android has gained support for the standard Web Real-Time Communication (WebRTC).
In addition, Google has improved recommendations in the Omnibox search bar Chrome by analyzing the frequency of visits to web sites and providing more timely and relevant suggestions.
The reset button of the browser in Chrome is similar to the one introduced in Firefox a few months ago. Clicking on the button “reset browser settings” in the advanced settings, you can delete all customizations, except for themes, bookmarks and applications.
Chrome for Android also receives a minor update for increased performance and support WebRTC. WebRTC will allow users to have video conversations directly in the browser without having to install a plugin. The update will be deployed in the coming days.
